1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unused with all original tags and packaging intact
- In the original box or packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used health and personal care items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Customized or personalized items
- Digital products (software, downloadable content)
3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return.
Step 3: We will email you a prepaid return shipping label (for US orders) or return instructions.
Step 4: Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label.
4. Refund Process
- Return Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 1-2 business days
- Refund Timeline: 5 business days after your return is approved
- Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal)
- Shipping Costs:
- Free returns for defective or incorrect items
- Customer pays for return shipping on change-of-mind returns
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund
- No return shipping required for defective items
6. Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item:

- We will send you the correct item at no additional cost
- A prepaid return label will be provided for the incorrect item
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 7 business days:

8. Exchanges

9. International Returns
