Orders are processed within 0-1 business days (Monday - Friday).

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships

2. Shipping Time

• United States: 3-5 business days (FREE)
• Canada: 3-6 business days (FREE)

• United States: All 50 states and territories
• Canada: All provinces and territories

Note for Canadian customers: Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

• Email notification with tracking number
• Link to track your package in real-time
• Delivery updates via email

6. Delays and Issues

If your order is delayed or there are issues:

• Weather delays: We will notify you and ship as soon as conditions improve
• Carrier delays: Contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier
• Lost packages: We will file a claim and send a replacement or refund
• Damaged in transit: Contact us within 48 hours with photos

7. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address:

• Include your order number and new address
• We will do our best to intercept the package before it ships

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:

• We will contact you to verify your address
• A reshipping fee may apply for the second attempt
• Refunds are available upon request (minus shipping costs)
