- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships

6. Delays and Issues
If your order is delayed or there are issues:

- Lost packages: We will file a claim and send a replacement or refund
- Damaged in transit: Contact us within 48 hours with photos

If you need to update your shipping address:

- We will do our best to intercept the package before it ships
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:
- We will contact you to verify your address
- A reshipping fee may apply for the second attempt
